Registering your school, the trial and what the platform does.

• How do I start with my school?Register the school and set up its break, shifts, packages and team. The trial runs 30 days on Swell's limits, no card needed.
• How does the founder offer work?The first 15 schools can get 50% off for 12 months, subject to availability. We do not show a spots counter. Check the terms when you register or on WhatsApp.
• Can I find schools and perks?The public directory lives at /escolas. Partner perks use redemption codes. A school's community and marketplace come with Swell and Big Wave.

Booking, accepting and cancelling lessons, shifts and lead time.

• How to book a lessonPick the kind of lesson, the day and the time in the app, then confirm with a package credit or by paying for it.
• Cancelling a lessonUp to the school's deadline, cancelling is free and the credit comes back. After it, the credit is used.

Credits, validity, statements and how to set up packages.

• Packages and creditsEach lesson in a package is a credit. It lasts as long as the package and books only the lesson kinds the package allows.

Pix, card, boleto and each purchase's reference.

• Can I collect Pix in the app yet?Not yet. The Pix gateway is simulated. Credits, purchases and statements keep the records in order, but they are not a collection or an automatic bank transfer.
• Ways to payPix with 5% off, card in up to 12 instalments, or boleto. Each purchase has a short reference to check with the school.

Conditions of the day, the forecast and no-lesson days.

• Conditions of the dayThe school says how the sea looks at the spot: Good, Fair or No lessons, with the best hours and the open shifts.

Minors' data, consent and how AI is used.

• How does it work for students under 18?Minors' data is handled with a guardian's consent. The school follows Brazil's LGPD and the terms of the privacy policy and the DPA.
• Can the AI change the schedule on its own?No. The AI proposes actions and a person confirms. Access respects the school and the user's permissions. MCP integration comes with Swell and Big Wave.
