Packages and credits

Each lesson in a package is a credit. It lasts as long as the package and books only the lesson kinds the package allows.

What a credit is

A package is the number of lessons the school sold: 4, 8, 10, 12 or another. Each lesson is a credit. Booking a lesson uses one; cancelling within the deadline gives it back.

How long it lasts

The package lasts as long as the school set when it sold it. Without its own validity, it lasts 6 months. You get a notice 7 days and 2 days before your credits expire.

What applies to each package

The rules are saved when you buy. If the school changes the package later, what you already bought stays the same.

Statement

The app shows the package statement: every credit that came in, was used, came back or expired. The school sees the same statement.

No-lesson days

When the school posts "No lessons" for your spot because of the sea, your active packages get one more day of validity.
