Cancelling a lesson
Up to the school's deadline, cancelling is free and the credit comes back. After it, the credit is used.

Free cancellation
Each school decides up to how many hours before the lesson you can cancel at no cost. The default is 6 hours. Within that window, the credit goes back to your package.
After the deadline
If you cancel closer to the lesson, the credit or the amount paid does not come back. The deadline shows before you pay and on the lesson screen.
When the school cancels
If the school cancels because of the sea or because the teacher could not make it, you lose nothing: the credit goes back to your package.
